Using spices.

Class 6 had the opportunity to cook locally sourced pork patties with Shropshire Salumi. Organic pork was spiced with chilli, oregano, rosemary and pepper. Children designed their own recipes and weight the ingredients. Then we mixed spices with mince pork and cooked it. Children designed their company logos and tried their products.
